"I have been searching for a particular datasheet for Block Insulation: TR 19 which I believe is a Thermal Ceramics American product but I cannot find this document in the Europe section…? Do I have to change my region?"

I understand that Monolithics is the only branch on the web site that requires signing in for the data sheets. This needs to be changed to match the rest of the web site. Customers who are regular users of the web site for data sheets and MSDS sheets do not want to spend the time and effort to sign in.

ReplyDeleteSign-in takes just minutes and only needs to be done once, our sign-in member’s area gives you much more benefits and privileges to the full Thermal Ceramics website than non-signed in members. The Monolithics documentations are more sensitive in detail therefore require the extra sign-in protection. Our Fired Refractory Shapes also require a sign-in for access. There are other areas on the site e.g. Knowledge Centre where you can view what is available but will only have access once you are a member – this really is just for extra protection to our documentation.

Our new search engine is now live and on the home page so all you need to do is put in what you are looking for and this will direct you to all areas within our site that matches this…
